CANCELLATION POLICY
At Estética by Martha, we value your time and ours. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours in advance. After this window, clients must contact us directly for any changes. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of no-shows. Please note that arriving late will result in a shortened session time in order to respect the next scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
